Rosie, I am a chronic pain patient. You must find a pain management specialst. This is an MD, preferably board certified, who practices only in the care of pain patients. These doctors are trained to address all of the causes of chronc pain, and in administering specialized treatments. They are aware of how chroic pain effects your entire functioning. You can also join a chroic pain support group as an adjunct to your treatment. The best of luck to you.

I have suffered from neuropathy for the last seven years. No doctor I have seen--including neurologists, rheumatologists, podiatrists, gastroenterologists--can help me. No one seems to know why this started and no pain medication has helped. I have tried accupuncture, vitamin supplements, pain patches and every conceivable way to stop or at least interrupt this pain. I am desperate for some help. Please let me know of anything else I can try. Thank you.
