 It's not clear to me in what way is a woman who decides on her own volition to sacrifice certain career potentials in order to have children, either an "inequality", or a "problem"? The term inequality is usually associated with social justice, and usually implies some kind of social Malfeasance. Isn't this simply part of a woman's "choice"? What is the problem that needs to be fixed?
