 The aluminum connection to alzheimers needs an added factor. Leaking microwave ovens. Yes they leak after about two years by slamming the door or even food stuck on door or dirt in hinges compromises it and it leaks. Put aluminum foil in microwave and see what happens. Stand by leaking microwave as seniors do with the aluminum accumilation in the pineal gland and it sears the aluminum in the brain repeatedly as dementia worsens. America has aluminum in our baking powder and is in most baked goods. Theres your second factor. Russia banned microwave ovens in 1984 and has low amount of Alzheimers. Gee, I wonder why?
