 In the study, the information seems to suggest that loading the brain with several acitivities at once causes it to record to memory more accurately. That is amazing and what a phenonmonal way to make change in memory. Now I understand why I see so much success in the change in our center every day. WE use the loading procedures and the metronome so the combination is dynamic. Thank you for posting this article.
