Neuroimaging: Separating the Promise from the Pipe Dreams

Neuroimaging: Separating the Promise from the Pipe Dreams
Phineas T. Gage

An excellent article for those who would take neuroimaging as the new "gold standard" in neuroscience, and seem ready to reject precepts of the scientific method in their search for answers to perplexing questions that beset us all. When failing to extract the rabbit from the hat, Bullwinkile was oft quoted to say to Rocky, "Perhaps I oughta find a new hat?" PTG "DO NOT SQUANDER TIME FOR THAT IS THE STUFF THAT LIFE IS MADE OF"
Neuroimaging: Separating Promise from Pipe Dreams

This is an excellent article! Thank you for separating the mental function of the brain from the physical neuro-physiology of the brain...Translational research is only as good as the questions asked and the interpretation!
