 Dear team, One of my relatives, an 8 year old girl, is suffering from under developement of neural wiring from eye to brain due to premature birth in seventh month of pregnancy. Vision is almost nil since birth. But against the bright light she recognise the things but not perfectly. There is no other problem in the outer eye portion. Is there any solution to this problem?
