 Interesting article. I suffered a stroke in 2003 and there seemed to be no outside help. Blew out my optical nerve and caused dyslexia. I keep reading to improve (and it helps) and also reading out loud which is very important. Anybody know of any outside programs/remedial help in Houston, Texas that could benefit me?

 Great article. I just participated in the NeuroLeadership Summit in NYC; some talk there about fMRI studies in conjunction with mindfulness. My OASIS in the Overwhelm strategies hook up emotions with brain re-wiring - but no fMRIs yet to document it.
