Barbara Shukitt-Hale, Ph.D., is a United States Department of Agriculture scientist in the Laboratory of Neuroscience at the USDA/Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging at Tufts University. Her work involves determining factors responsible for age-related behavior changes and how these changes may be ameliorated with various nutrition treatments.
