Publications for Journalists

The Communications Department offers several publications aimed at journalists, which highlight new trends and current topics in brain research.

Briefing Papers take an in-depth look at timely brain-related topics, like ADHD and neuroethics.

Primers offer a basic overview of brain-related subjects, such as biomarkers and the synapse.

Published quarterly, each Q&A provides an in-depth look at a featured scientist’s research and how it can be translated into practical applications.

Advances in Brain Research was an annual publication that provided insight into cutting-edge brain research through discussions with leading neuroscientists. The Advances in Brain Research Archives provide access to issues from 2004-2009.

In addition to these resources, the Foundation frequently publishes articles, blog entries, pamphlets, and other papers on brain research. They can be found in the News and Periodicals section.
