About the Three-City Initiative
The Dana Foundation's Three-City Initiative supports programs that provide training to in-school arts specialists and professional artists who teach students in preK-12 in public schools. Grants are given solely to nonprofit organizations that provide such training. Projects must originate in New York City, Washington, D.C., Los Angeles, and their surrounding areas within a fifty-mile radius.
The 2009 cycle is closed. Grants will be awarded on April 1, 2009.
The deadline for submission of a Letter of Intent for the 2010 round of grants will be September, 2009. Letters of Intent received after September, 2009 will be considered in the 2011 cycle of grants.
