Rusiko Bourtchouladze

Rusiko Bourtchouladze, Ph.D., is director of model systems at Helicon Therapeutics, Inc., and a visiting staff scientist at the Genome Center of Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory. From 1994 to 2001, she worked in the Center for Neurobiology and Behavior at Columbia University with Nobel-prize winner Eric Kandel, M.D. After being educated in the Republic of Georgia, she earned her doctorate in Moscow at the P.K. Anokhin Institute of Normal Physiology and Sechenov’s First Medical Institute.
