Amy Drew is a science writer and neuroscience researcher living in Washington, D.C. Since earning her B.Sc. in neurophysiology from the University of Maryland in 2007, she has worked as a laboratory manager at Howard University, conducting research related to Alzheimer’s disease. She received her M.A. from the graduate science writing program at Johns Hopkins University in May 2011.
